To further secure our rapid growth we are looking for the right woman or man to fill our vacant position asBUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER - SUPPLY CHAIN (M/F/D)
In this role, you create value for our customers by increasing the efficiency of the supply chain and driving design, execution and monitoring of business processes globally. Your passion for continuous improvement comes in handy here.

These are the tasks we trust in you:

  • Ensures Business Processes are in line with the organization’s strategic goals
  • Leads global SCM projects for optimization and further developments of processes and software – coordinating interdisciplinary teams
  • Project work related topics - ensuring Supply Chain processes are implemented properly when new business applications are applied such as new ERP systems, Warehouse management systems, etc. and acts as facilitator between IT and operative business
  • Identifying areas of improvement, creating and presenting process improvement reports
  • Overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of new business processes

TO LEAVE REAL 'FOODPRINTS' WITH US YOU NEED THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • Education in Supply Chain or Business with related work experience
  • Project Management experience
  • SAP experience
  • IT affinity
  • Experience with procurement, warehouse, SCM processes
  • Ability to communicate well with peers and all levels of management
  • English fluent, German would be a plus

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?

  • This role is based in Getzersdorf, Austria. Home Office is possible and applies to 50%.
  • Your type of employment: 38,5 hours/week, full-time, permanent contract
  • This position is available immediately however, we are happy to consider your notice period or your desired start date.
  • Based on your classification in our ERBER Group career model, your professional experience and your qualification, we offer you an attractive total compensation package starting at € 40.000,- gross p.a. (full-time incl. fix and variable components) Overpayment is possible.
