CEO of a Beauty Distribution Center is looking for a responsible Personal Assistant. Must provide personalized secretarial and administrative support, in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a variety of tasks related to the CEO’s professional and personal lifestyle.

Requirements

. Have a car

  • Represent the Executive's office with professionalism and create a welcoming environment
  • Must be detailed oriented and great at handling multiple tasks at once
  • Manage daily email organization and dissemination of information
  • Great at following directions: willingly and with a positive attitude
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for Domestic and International flights
  • Plan events, company shows, and exhibitions
  • Knowledge on Microsoft and Google Suites ( Excel, Word, Sheets, Docs, and Calendar)
  • Must be consistent and be able to follow up with pending tasks
  • Can work independently.
