Duties and Responsibilities of these roles may include:

  • Consistently delivers a remarkable customer experience through assisting and handling claims
  • Within approved limits or authority, explains terms of policy, applies claims settlement procedures to handle claims, initiate claim payment process, and close files
  • Uses various electronic resources for claim handling
  • Follows established procedures to appropriately review, handle, and settle applicable routine claims
  • Researches, resolves, and settles claims within approved limits and/or as directed
  • Organizes and processes assigned work and large volumes of claims utilizing appropriate procedures
  • Follows standard claim processes. Sets expectations about timing of claim process
  • Applies knowledge of insurance contracts and endorsements, state laws and regulations, customer service philosophy
  • Work may include- Explaining automotive repair methods and parts, reviewing written or computerized estimates, arranging rental car and towing services, understanding medical and anatomical terminology, within approved limits
  • Recognizes and refers claims that are beyond scope of authority
  • Works in partnership with the Claim Specialist
  • May work with attorneys and paralegals in coordination with the Claim Specialist
  • Communicates with team members, business partners, and external customers which may require contact by telephone, written correspondence, in-person, or other electronic media

Atlanta Hub: Our main campus is conveniently located adjacent to the Dunwoody Marta station. However, we have some office locations in the Johns Creek/Duluth areas as well.

What You Can Expect

Pay Rate: starting at $15.50 per hour and higher

Hours Of Operation: Most of our departments are operable 7 days a week with a 24 hour work environment. Employees are expected to be shift flexible including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays based on workload and job requirements. Employees work schedules may change based on business need.

Training Details: Selected candidates must be available for mandatory, paid training, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. (Note: Times may differ based upon hiring area). The mandatory training is between 9-12 weeks depending on the department. Employees will receive a post training schedule while in training. Training locations may differ from physical office location.

Licensing: Selected candidates may be required to fulfill appropriate state licensing and continuing education requirements. This includes successfully completing all applicable licensing exam(s), and background checks required of various state(s). Failure to do so may result in termination.

Next Steps: Competitive candidates may be invited to participate in pre-employment testing and/or the interview process. This is where the excitement begins!
