Electronic Data Analyst
Responsibilities: As an Electronic Data Analyst in our retirement client onboarding service area, your day will be filled with:
- Managing the onboarding and processing of participant data records for new retirement plans transitioning to Principal and maintenance of electronic reporting.
- Communicating with effectively with customers on technical issues and electronic transmission of participant and transfer data.
- Prioritizing and managing workload to meet set departmental goals.
- Providing information from divisional databases through queries, reports, memos, and spreadsheets to customers and management.
- Supporting, developing and maintaining documentation and processes for solutions and operational efficiencies.
- Performing other job-related duties or special projects as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required, and 4+ years related work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and customer service skills
- Advanced PC skills required and strong knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
- Demonstrated competency & proficiency with advanced data manipulation & analysis within Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of related accounting and recordkeeping processes preferred
- Knowledge of retirement plans and products required
- Knowledge of TSO and Express Processing preferred
- Balance working independently and working in a team environment
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
