The Opportunity:

Paid intern/admin/executive assistant for the owner of a California-based cannabis consulting company who is also CEO of a female-focused CBD Brand.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiatic with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is dedicated to spending time on personal growth while working in a fast paced environment with a flexible schedule.

With this position comes the possibility of upward mobility, commisions on future sales opportunities, and building their own personal portfolio of relationships within the cannabis and CBD industries.

Payment:

$18-24/hour depending on experience

1099 contract worker

20-25 hours/week depending on current client workload

Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Online research seeking out new clients and opportunities

Picking up and dropping off print orders; mail; etc.

Setting up and managing project management software

Setting up and managing the company Mailchimp account

Manage personal calendar for CEO including setting meetings

The ideal candidate will possess:

Basic Admin Skills

-Email

-G-suite including Drive

-Basic Excel (no pivot tables)

-Basic Data entry skills

-Extreme organization skills

Strong work ethic

Researcher mentality

Critical thinking skills

Basic understanding of CBD/Cannabis
