Executive Assistant - Remote Contract

Overview: Workforce Logiq is looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to support Two C-level Executives – the Chief People Officer and Chief Diversity Officer. This is a 3 Month Contract and the Pay Rate is $45.00 per hour on straight W-2. Preferred time zones are Pacific or Central Standard. Responsibilities:
Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing calendars for the Chief People Officer and the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer
  • Work quickly and efficiently with a good sense of prioritization
  • Arrange associated business travel and submit expense reports
  • Create purchase orders and manage some contract approvals for outside services
  • Spec-out, manage budget of and coordinate team events including trips, local quarterly outings and internal events
  • Coordinate the design, approvals and ordering of branded material for the studio
  • Own team operations workflow to get approvals for new roles, coordinate with recruiting and assist in on-boarding new hires
  • Coordinate regular team meetings, collecting and organizing updates
  • Liaise with the Workplace Services team on a number of projects
  • Coordinate issues arising out of day to day operations and other organizational duties as assigned
  • Prepare materials for quarterly all-hands and board meetings
Qualifications: Desired Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years administrative assistant experience in a professional fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with existing communication technology and willingness to adapt to new technology on a rolling basis
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to turn around projects with detail and accuracy
  • Experience with booking travel
  • Experience with managing multiple calendars in multiple time zones
  • Expense report capabilities
  • Must be able to work flexibly and quickly
  • Have a high level of confidentiality
  • Prior experience with supporting C-level executives and board members
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
