Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience managing and delivering project components with limited guidance.
- Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reports and presentations by audiences, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
- Experience in problem solving, collaborating business leadership, measuring outcomes, and evolving recommendations based on results.
- Ability to distill insights from data and present actionable recommendations.

In this role, you will lead projects and drive impact across key questions for the business. You will understand the business context, be comfortable with ambiguity, and prioritize and quickly recognize what is most critical. You will lead and manage multiple work streams, projects, and stakeholders across time zones on a global scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and demonstrate working knowledge of market, product, organizational, and cross-functional nuances, leveraging this to contribute to initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Identify and structure business problems and effectively communicate core issues.
- Drive the execution of multiple initiatives simultaneously, preempt and resolve potential issues and concerns.
- Launch organizational change management plans for mid to long-term initiatives.
- Communicate, engage, and collaborate with partners across Google, ranging from product areas, cross-functional partners, working team members, and executive leadership.
