Executive Assistant to CEO – Downtown – $90k
Well-funded and innovative start-up company in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the company Founder/CEO. This role will interact with clients and investors from many high-profile and prestigious firms, so a strong sense of poise and discretion will be essential. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing busy personal and business calendars and keeping the executive on track throughout the day
- Booking travel and creating detailed itineraries; tracking and processing expenses
- Handling a high-volume inbox and screening calls and emails
- Organizing company events and coordinating investor conferences
- Assisting with recruiting and onboarding senior-level staff, as needed
Qualified candidates will have at least 5-7 years of EA experience, including supporting C-level executives. Experience in corporate professional services, especially finance, is highly preferred. A sharp and polished demeanor and excellent communication skills will be essential for this position, as this individual must be able to work effectively with an array of personalities at all levels.
