Summary/Objective

The Receptionist (also known as the “Office Concierge”) is responsible for providing administrative support to Brokers and the Executive Management Team, as well as ensures office functionality on a daily basis.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for opening and closing office daily
  • Ensure cleanliness and appearance of office
  • Great guests and brokers who enter the office
  • Report all new real estate transaction information for the Daily Activity Report
  • Assist real estate brokers with administrative tasks (uploading contract documents, data entry to MLS, schedule showings, mailings, etc)
  • Assist with preparation of meetings, company events, and special projects as needed
  • Process closings and make bank deposits
  • Order office and broker supplies as needed
  • Disseminate incoming mail to appropriate parties or office locations
  • Assist new brokers with printer setup and with any other system needs

Job Requirements

  • 2 years experience in an administrative support/receptionist role
  • Willingness to help others
  • Positive Attitude
  • Basic computer skills including, Word, Excel, Outlook, email, Dropbox, etc.
  • Ability to learn new technology systems and gain proficiency with them
  • Communication Skills – interpersonal, oral, and written.
  • Customer Service
  • Attention to detail.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour
