Froneri is a pure-play ice cream company with a winning market share in Europe, and one of the largest ice cream companies in the world. Position summary:

Actively supports the implementation of the Local Leadership Team improvement strategy. The role acts as the center of expertise for Focused Improvement & Industrial Performance. This role is a member of our Focused Improvement Pillar and our Local Leadership Team.

Primary responsibilities:

Co-develops Local Leadership strategy that considers:
•Factory Operational Master Plan
•Loss Analysis / External Benchmarks

Gains alignment from Leadership Team / Key Stakeholders around the Execution Plan and supports cascade across the Business Unit (Production Department communication strategy).

Collaborates with Local Leadership Team (LLT) to define their Execution Plans to deliver the expected results and supports the execution of plans.
•Ensures accurate governance / routines to track execution progression
•Spend time on shop floor to evaluate maturity progression and identify key opportunities

Provide mentorship and feedback to LLT and align on corrective actions to adjust execution

Trains & coaches Leadership Team/AWG System Owners on needed system competencies

Member of the Focused Improvement Pillar, which includes development of competency building and health of Focused Improvement systems and routines (Problem Solving, Project & Stakeholder Management, Loss Intelligence, etc.)

Responsible for development, competency building & health of Industrial Performance systems & routines, including: Labor utilization studies, data reliability, SAP, Planning Rate Reviews, Asset Intensity systems, Capacity Utilization, etc.

Requirements and minimum education level:
•Preferred Bachelor of Science Degree
•High School Diploma Required

Additional Requirements:
•Willing to work in a factory where ambient conditions may be very cold, wet or warm

Preferred Experience:
•1-3 years of experience in Manufacturing.
•1-3 years working with Factory Management & Leadership team, with proven success in supporting & developing cross functional teams.
•1-3 years with an active role on the implementation of Goal Alignment/TPM/Lean (LVS).
•Understanding of cultural change management, process improvement and business connections.
•Experience working with Line labor standards, Budget preparation/review, and line capability/speed studies

Skills:
•GSTD, DMAIC, SMED or other problem solving tools and applications
•Microsoft Office Systems
