We are a IT Managed Service providers. The Company provides an excellent working environment and benefits package. We are expanding our Technical Support Team and are currently looking for an experienced network engineer to provide technical support to our clients. This is a full time position.

The Company seeks a network engineer to:

• Work on a team to provide all aspects of customer’s technologies needs

Including: answering calls, trouble-shooting problems, and visiting client sites.

• Work closely with Management to support special projects and new implementations.
• Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve and help evaluate, recommend and execute new solutions.
• Assist in designing of new technology offerings.
• The candidate must demonstrate a positive and productive attitude.
• The candidate should have at least three years’ experience.
• The candidate must be well organized and detail oriented.
• Available for some on-call hours.
• Required Technical Skills: Windows Server, Active Directory, MS 365, Virtualization, understanding of IP networking technologies, routing/switching/firewalls.

Requirements:

• Well organized and detail oriented, with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Preferred but not required: MCSE, A+ Certification, expertise with Exchange Server, SQL Server, Terminal Server, Windows Server, Windows Operating System
