About our team:
Administration department is the owner of Support Services of the company, which provides competitive administrative services to the business departments and employees.

Responsibilities: Team Leadership:

  • Partner with cross functional teams to provide a great workplace and employee experience
  • Collect feedback regularly from business stakeholders and local teams and take actions accordingly
  • Build and keep optimizing administration management regulations and policies, constantly improving management efficiency
  • Integrate management of all office/facility service vendors
Office Operations:
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding process
  • Responsible for sufficient administrative support for business needs and manage office operations budget, expenses, procurement and office supplies
  • Develop, review and streamline service guidelines and protocols
Event & Project management:
  • Facilitate and manage various office projects (e.g., office buildout and office moves)
  • Deliver quality services and provide proactive support to internal clients globally
  • Manage and support regional/local events, meetings, off-sites, team building and other office activities
  • Provide support on other ad-hoc projects that are assigned by businesses or management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above and familiar with office software
  • 5+ years relevant experience in administrative and workplace service; experience in the internet industry and extensive workplace management is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong service awareness, sense of responsibility and team spirit, willing to solve problems with efficiency
  • Ability to work under pressure and across timezones, able to travel domestically;
  • Energetic and proactive, good at project management and cross-team collaborations; able to provide effective and proficient administration solutions

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in New York City is $58500 - $114000 annually.





Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, restricted stock units, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
