HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Predictive Maintenance Execution – You will be responsible for supporting the planning and managing the execution of efficient planned and predictive maintenance activities. You will also review our current processes and update the Equipment Maintenance Plans (EMP) based on data analysis of failures.
  • Creating a Team Environment – You will be Managing Maintenance Planners, Supervisors, Purchasing/Stores Personnel, and Reliability/Execution Teams. It’s all about teamwork! You will also provide training on reliability and precision maintenance procedures.
  • Best-In-Class Programs – You will be determining and driving best practices in equipment reliability, total cost of ownership and providing technical support for proactive maintenance. You will also be driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Engineering reliability.
  • Capital Projects & Budget Management – You will be Managing the Maintenance budget, Store-Room budget and will be working with capital project teams to ensure maintainability and reliability are integrated in all capital projects. Participating in the business planning and budgeting process and developing short and long-term cost containment/reduction strategies.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • High School Diploma or GED and extensive experience in a manufacturing setting with maintenance / planning supervision and/or management experience required (technical degree preferred).
  • Proven track record establishing Safety Programs for Maintenance teams that have consistently delivered benchmark results
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the operation to ensure improved collaboration and deliver results
  • Ability to motivate, guide and develop employees in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system
  • Demonstrated background of large-scale planning experience
  • Experience implementing best in class maintenance programs and strategies (Total Productive Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Predictive, and Preventative Maintenance)
