Quality Inspector

$20 - $24 an hour

Purpose: This position is an addition to our current quality team. This non-exempt, full time position is directly responsible to ensure that parts meet or exceed customer specification. Perform calibrations and maintain quality documentation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Inspect incoming material or parts as needed
  • Inspect in-process and final parts as needed
  • Assist in training employees on inspection methods and blueprint interpretation
  • Assist in training employees on use of CMM
  • Assist with calibrating inspection equipment
  • Assist with maintaining calibration documentation
  • Assist in maintaining non-conformance and corrective action files
  • Certification of materials
  • Practice and support current ISO procedures
  • Scrap documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • High School diploma or general education certificate (GED)
  • Inspection certification from vocational school or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of work related inspection experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 /hour


  • Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • CMM: 1 year (Preferred)
  • quality inspection: 1 year (Preferred)
