Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Sr Princ Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst in our Promontory Utah offices. This position reports to the Manager of Supply Chain Management – Compliance, Systems and Analysis.

Role Description & Responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst will responsible for a number of support functions within the Supply Chain organization including the administration of the divisions Material and Accounting Management System (MMAS), supplier data and financial analysis.

This role will support all the Supply Chain Management groups within NG's Propulsion Systems business lane. This position will be responsible managing, querying and presenting data, creating models and analytical tools for supply chain strategies and for training other supply chain personnel as required. Background and experience with MMAS is a key for success in this position.

Job Duties:
• Lead a material management team in meeting the objectives of a compliant MMAS system
• Serve as the primary interface with government personnel and auditors on MMAS compliance matters
• Administer material management functions along with cross functional supply chain management team members
• Develop and maintain advanced metrics analysis & reports to inform Supply Chain teams on efforts & strategies
• Perform master spend database efforts including data collection, maintenance, and reporting
• Summarize large data files into useful summary information (financial metrics/KPI’s) for use in decision-making

The candidate must understand manufacturing MRP systems and material management principles. He/she must be able to understand database structures and know how to develop basic design queries to select data based on specific business criteria. He/she must be able to understand/validate query results to ensure results are accurate before presenting information to management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Requires BS in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Management Information Systems field or related and a minimum of 6 years relevant experience
• Knowledgeable of standard Finance and Accounting practices and experience in a financial services role
• Experience as it relates to Material Management and Accounting Systems
• Experience with database modeling and analysis
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly motivated self-starter, detail and quality oriented, and able to work independently
