The selected individual will be embedded in the customer environment and will be supporting secure systems for a dynamic customer mission.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide tier 1and tier 2 support to multiple LANs and standalonesPerform all required daily, weekly, monthly, annual O&MPerform SOP documentation updates to support IT activitiesPerform patching per patch management scheduleCollect metrics in ticketing system to ensure key metrics are met for system administrationServe as primary tier 1 and phone support to customers' IT needs (majority of work is Tier 2)Ensure secure baselines are applied to relevant workstations and serversCreate detailed requirements engineering and capability backlog.Foster relationships with stakeholders to deliver state of the art customer serviceEngineer, document, and deliver the information system solutions through all stages of SDLCDiagnose and resolve the complex performance, security, and/or technical challenges related to the platforms listed belowResponsible for investigating and resolving operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnelProvide IT Systems Admin support on a wide range of technologies, including: Windows 10, Hyper-V, Windows Server 2012 R2/2016, Active Directory, SAN, encryption technology,Position requirements:Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or Math) or equivalent job experience, and 2-4 years of related experienceDoD 8570 IAT Level II certificationIT certifications a plusKnowledge of latest Microsoft technologyKnowledge of latest Hyper-V technology a plusKnowledge of SAN technology a plusKnowledge of Cisco technology a plusRisk Management Framework experience a plusValid US Driver’s LicenseUp to 5% travelSecurity Requirements:US Citizenship and active TS/SSBI clearance adjudicated within the previous 6 yearsLI-CW1Other requirements: Operate computer equipment, Communicate, Must be able to detect, Identify, Recognize, Observe, Assess, Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure, Ability to use MS Office, Ability to use PC, Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills, Interpersonal and People Skills, Leadership Skills, Listening Skills, Multi-Tasking Ability, Oral and Written Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Presentation Skills (using Powerpoint), Ability to lift 20 poundsManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
