With the growth in scale, lines of business, geo-diversity, and diversity of employee backgrounds, Talent(HR) Technology continues to be amongst the most critical levers to drive our business success and enhance our employee experience. As a Senior Talent(HR) Technology Partner, you will co-define the technology enablement of our Talent strategy, operationalize it, and co-own the Talent(HR) Technology stack ensuring an optimal architecture to deliver on our digital employee experience goals. What you will do:
  • Act as a product manager to your partners in the HR function, help them translate challenges into products and experiences supported by technology;
  • Organize and facilitate design sessions translating HR workflows into frictionless, scalable and inclusive experiences, digitally-enabled;
  • Own the strategy and functional specifications of the Talent(HR) Technology products;
  • Align your portfolio of Talent(HR) Technology initiatives to the overall HR Strategy and contribute to the prioritization and roadmap;
  • Establish trusted cross-functional partnership (Analytics, Engineering, sub-functions of HR, etc.), including with third-party providers, to secure a common understanding of objectives and priorities;
  • Lead the delivery of prioritized initiatives, ranging from new implementation, evolution, or renovation of global products and experiences;
  • Drive service delivery excellence of the full Talent(HR) Technology portfolio, deploying robust agile practices to orchestrate the roadmap execution;
  • Help reinforce the Talent(HR) Technology function as a strategic, agile and innovative change agent;
What we consider critical for being successful in this role:
  • You have a comprehensive experience of implementing and/or maintaining HRIS platforms and point solutions (e.g. leveraging SaaS, PaaS) across the end-to-end HR function, with strong expertise in Workday HCM;
  • You are employee-centric and business-driven in your approach to problem solving;
  • You think platform and can articulate data, solution architecture and integration concepts;
  • You are constantly updating your knowledge of HR strategy, processes, best practices, and the related technologies enabling those;
  • You have demonstrated your ability to build effective relationships and influence at every level of an organization, as well as with third-parties (vendors and service providers);
  • You thrive in a fast pace environment, demonstrating agility and flexibility.
