Beehively is looking to grow its customer service team. We are currently looking for a Web Account Representative to help us provide excellent service to our schools and build great relationships with our schools' teachers and administrators

A Web Account Representative will assist with a variety of customer care issues and public website projects. This position requires 0-2 years of experience in the customer service industry, but there is a lot of opportunity for training and growth. This is a good fit for an enthusiastic and organized individual who has some experience, enjoys assisting customers and working with schools. This individual will have a friendly and professional attitude and will be able to work independently with direction and guidance from other team members.

  • Work with the account managers on any and all matters specific to our customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions, including public website redesigns, launching new public websites, and helping schools with our software
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work towards leading trainings at schools
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Responding to and assisting with urgent requests as needed

Employment Terms
  • Part time, 10-15 hrs per week, flexible on schedule. Open to working with a college student. $12-$15 per hour depending on experience
  • After 60 days of full time employment, full time employees are eligible for our health insurance plan, of which the company pays 90% of employee costs
  • 3 weeks paid vacation for full time employees, accruing monthly
