Duties:
- Provide classroom coverage, including giving teachers lunch breaks
- Support students in reading and math (Kindergarten–3rd grade) during school hours
- Foster a positive, nurturing learning environment
- Supervise activities, snacks, and outdoor play
- Assist in transitions and daily routines

Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher (preferred)
- Experience in an educational setting (teaching, childcare, tutoring, etc.)
- Sub license, teaching license, or emergency sub license (a plus)
- Passion for early childhood and elementary education
- Strong time management and reliability
