Pay & Compensation
This is a commission-only role that blends commissions and bonuses, offering uncapped earning potential. Pay ranges between $80,000 and $160,000 annually, with no limit on what you can earn. We believe your hard work and dedication should be rewarded without restrictions.

To Succeed In This Role
- You have at least 2 years of sales experience in the construction or home improvement industry.
- You are skilled at meeting customers, preparing bids, closing deals, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- You manage an active pipeline, oversee project scheduling, and ensure seamless hand-offs to the team.
