In this relationship-driven, fast-paced role, you’ll negotiate TV airtime, build partnerships with networks, and travel to connect face-to-face with key contacts.

Role Overview:
This is a people-first role designed for someone who loves connecting with others and making big-picture moves. As our TV Account Executive, you'll work directly with television stations across the U.S. to secure ideal time slots and negotiate terms that drive real return on investment. You’ll represent GG Homes with professionalism and enthusiasm—both remotely and in person—traveling about 20% of the time and spending the remaining 80% in our San Diego headquarters.
$80,000 - $110,000 Base + Quarterly Bonuses
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate television advertising time slots with national and regional stations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media reps and networks across the country
- Collaborate with internal teams to align TV buying strategy with marketing and business goals
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust buys to improve outcomes
- Travel to key stations, industry events, or in-person meetings approximately 20% of the time
- Manage scheduling, budgeting, and reporting for all TV advertising buys
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident on the phone and in person
- Experience in media buying, television, or advertising is preferred
- Able to travel up to 20% of the time; must be based in or willing to relocate to San Diego
- Excellent communicator with strong follow-through and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple departments
- Highly organized with good instincts for timing, positioning, and brand alignment
