About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll prospect, pitch, and close deals with retailers, distributors, and health-conscious communities nationwide. What You’ll Do
- Drive sales of O’blossom’s core product line across the U.S.
- Manage and grow a prospect pipeline through cold calling, emailing, and outreach campaigns (50+ calls/day expected).
- Deliver tailored, consultative sales pitches that showcase the value of our wellness solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to closing and account growth.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and activity goals.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Hubspot)
What You Bring
- 2+ years of inside sales, cold calling, or client prospecting experience (CPG, wellness, or digital product sales a plus).
- Willingness to have in-person meetings for local businesses.
- Strong hunter mentality with proven success generating new business.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and Apollo.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in prospecting, cold calling, and full-cycle sales.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
