We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the office and providing administrative support to enhance productivity specifically on the sales team.
We are a women's young contemporary denim apparel company looking to bring on someone who is passionate about fashion into the company. The ideal candidate is someone who is motivated, proactive, thinks critically and is able to tackle multiple projects at the same time. Additionally they must be able to meet deadlines and must know how to communicate with not only their coworkers, but with the buyers and their respective teams.
Responsibilities
- Preparing samples for buyers approval
- Serve as the primary point of contact for relaying messages between the buying team and the sales team
- Prepare and transcribe meeting notes, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain and organize systems and internal docs such as WIP for company purchase orders
- Support various administrative tasks such as data entry, clerical duties, and additional tasks
- Collaborate with team members and various departments to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency
- Prepare packing lists, ASN labels, and invoices for company accounts
- May have additional responsibilities not listed above
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role specifically in apparel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Must have experience with pivot tables and advanced Excel functions.
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities
- Experience in apparel industry is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
