As an Account Service Representative, you’ll be on the front line of C Spire’s customer experience in one of our retail locations. What You Will Do
- Drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunities—averaging over $50,000 annually in total compensation.
- Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant for customers, staying up to date on the latest devices, plans, and home services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and enthusiasm in every interaction.
- Contribute to a high-performing team that is laser-focused on dominating the telecommunications industry.
- Leverage C Spire’s investment in your future—advance through our management training programs or grow where you are with ongoing retail development support.
- Represent the C Spire brand with professionalism, passion, and drive.

In addition to that, we require:
- One year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to staying current on new devices and plans.
- Ability to work a full-time, irregular schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays.
We will give special consideration to candidates who have:
- Two or more years of experience in sales or in a customer-facing, fast-paced retail environment.
- A proven track record of hitting goals and advancing professionally.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays in a flexible schedule shared by other department members. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. of materials. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, have finger/wrist/arm mobility, and finger dexterity to use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing a computer screen.
