Job Summary

Principal duties:
- Manage the accounts receivable, GHIN billing and the collections processes
- Enter Invoices and make weekly payments thru the accounts payable system
- Process AMEX credit cards and expense reports in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and reporting to ensure compliance regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
- Handle any other ad hoc financial tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proven experience in accounting or in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software preferred
Compensation:
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications ranging from $45k-$50k with $1k bonus potential
