Description
Responsibilities:

- Process vendor invoices and subcontractor pay applications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage import and approval of miscellaneous invoices related to project(s) and process prompt payments.
- Support monthly owner billing process, review for inaccuracies, and include appropriate support documents for rectified payment.
- Accurately match invoices to purchase orders or project numbers.
- Prepare check runs and assist with payment approvals.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable files and documentation in accounting and project management systems.
- Support Field Operations with project set up and closeout documentation.
- Assist with compiling and tracking subcontractor compliance documents, such as but not limited to certificates of insurance, W-9s, signed contracts, etc.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office software, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Sage 100
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Previous experience at a general contractor in an Accounts Payable or Project Accounting position
- Working experience with GC Pay
- Working experience with ACC and Bluebeam
- Working experience with Gusto payroll processing
