We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure smooth operations within the office. Responsibilities
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide clerical support including filing, document preparation, and maintaining organized office systems.
- Serve as a medical or dental receptionist, welcoming patients and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience in clerical duties including filing and document management.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
