APCO Signs seeks full-time Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources Department.
Position requires:
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail oriented; attention to detail critical.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills; able to interact with all departments
- Experience in handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines and work with highly confidential information.
- Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
- Able to take direction
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid Driver's license and good driving record
- Must have the ability to exercise sound judgement related to assignments.
- At least 3 years administrative experience in a support position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining all files in organized manner.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding.
- Assist with benefit questions, auditing invoices and preparing forms.
- Be OSHA certified and conduct safety training.
- Be First Aid/CPR certified.
- Run Errands
- Assist with organization of events.
Physical requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in comfortable position.
- Daily walk through of production areas required.
- Driving personal vehicle to local vendors.
