Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. (SEMP) is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our fast-paced office operations. Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service or call center processing and thrive in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Process a moderate volume of incoming and outbound calls
- Effective and informative communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic office environment
- Able to work a flexible part-time schedule, Monday through Friday
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or call center role
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office equipment (multi-line phone systems, printers, scanners)
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
