We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support our fix and flip operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in the real estate industry while developing their administrative skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage company calendar and schedule appointments
- Monitor and organize emails efficiently
- Set up reminders for important project deadlines
- Maintain organized files and project documents
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Coordinate communications with contractors, vendors, and team members
Requirements
- Must have basic knowledge of real estate, property, and construction terms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with routine administrative work
- Proficient with computers and willing to learn new software
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous exposure to real estate or construction industry
- Experience with calendar management systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Interest in learning about the fix and flip business
