Key Responsibilities:
- General Office Support: Provide general support to the office, which includes tasks like answering phones, managing mail, and maintaining files
- Errand Running: Delivering documents, picking up supplies, or making bank deposits.
- Clerical Duties: Data entry, bookkeeping, and assisting with basic accounting tasks and payroll.
- Communication: Answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining files, both physical and electronic, ensuring information is easily accessible.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling of employment interviews
- Client Interaction: Greeting visitors, providing information, and addressing basic customer service needs.
- Document Preparation: Creating and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
Skills and Qualifications:
