- Two (2) - 8-hour positions from 8: 00 am to 5: 00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and state holidays. Estimated 20 hours per week per position
- Prioritize excellent customer service for a wide and diverse network of internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to internal teams, state agencies, state officials, contractors, and the public.
- Manage front desk reception duties and ensure excellent customer service when answering phones, directing inquiries, receiving visitors and guests, and coordinating deliveries.
- Prioritize and execute a variety of administrative tasks such as sorting mail, maintaining logs and records, coordinating requests for maintenance and housekeeping services, and distributing State ID Badges.
- Work closely with East Region Service Level Manager and Lead Admin Support Assistant to review and ensure accurate preparation and processing of documents for business activities.
- Collaborate and build a positive rapport with state team members, contractors, and visitors to ensure timely and accurate processing of business activities.
- Establish and maintain various filing and record systems utilizing a variety of software applications such as Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, SharePoint, OneDrive and others.
- Operate under general supervision;receive and act upon direction, guidance, and feedback on performance for continuous improvement.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate, collaborate, and operate with integrity in a manner that inspires trust and builds positive rapport with a diverse group of stakeholders and the public.
- Ability to manage numerous time-sensitive projects independently or as part of a team with a growth mindset.
- Exceptional problem solving, customer service, and verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
