Job Summary:
This role involves ensuring the club's smooth operation and driving membership growth and community engagement. The position combines administrative tasks, operational coordination, and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration: Manage club records, respond to inquiries, handle registration processes, and support daily administrative functions.
- Operations: Assist in coordinating practices, tournaments, and events, manage facility logistics, and ensure adherence to club policies and procedures.
- Sales & Membership Growth: Promote and sell club programs, clinics, and camps to potential members, onboard new members, and build relationships within the volleyball community.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for members, coaches, and parents, providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive environment.
- Marketing Support: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and outreach efforts to attract new members.
- Support & Collaboration: Work closely with the owners and other club personnel to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all participants.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administration, operations, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for volleyball and working with young athletes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and operations.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
