Schedule: Full-time, occasional evenings/weekends for events
Pay: $48,000 - $50,000 annually, plus quarterly performance bonuses

Atlas Immersion Academy is seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Admissions Coordinator to lead our enrollment growth across all campuses. You'll manage the complete admissions pipeline—from initial inquiry to successful enrollment—while focusing on family retention and satisfaction. This role combines CRM management, sales excellence, data analysis, and event coordination to meet our enrollment targets consistently.
What You'll Do:
- Admissions Pipeline Management (30%): Master our CRM system, advance prospects through the enrollment funnel, and ensure 24-hour response times to all inquiries
- Paperwork & Administration (25%): Manage all enrollment documentation through Brightwheel, ensure compliance, and coordinate special program admissions
- Data Analysis & Planning (15%): Maintain FTE spreadsheets, analyze enrollment gaps, optimize marketing spend, and generate performance reports
- Direct Sales & Retention (20%): Conduct high-stakes enrollment meetings, manage exit surveys, implement retention strategies, and partner on enrollment events
- Administrative Support (10%): Provide campus coverage and operational support when needed
We're looking for people who have…
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions management, sales, or educational administration
- Advanced CRM proficiency (ChildcareCRM preferred) and expert Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience with document management and digital marketing platforms
- Proven track record in data analysis and pipeline management
- Natural sales ability combined with genuine care for families
- Excellent communication skills and legal right to work in the U.S.

- Meet monthly enrollment goals across all campuses
- Maintain 24-hour response time (100% rate)
- Achieve 95% on-time paperwork completion and 85%+ family retention
- Improve cost-per-enrollment by 10% annually
