Advocate Health Wellness: with 5 years of experience in Health Wellness in Maryland. Support the success of the WSSC Waters. To assist in providing program outreach, virtual and onsite activities, building participant engagement and ongoing integration of programs/departments, contributing to the overall well-being of employees. Services shall include:
1). conduct regularly scheduled site visits at all WSSC locations throughout Prince George's and Montgomery counties, Site visits shall include:
I Be a champion for the Health Wellness program.
ii Manage and schedule on-site presentations.
iii Engage with employees to build relationships.
iv Capture and share recommendations for future programming.
2. Serve as a point of contact and guide for employees. Shall be available for regular support on an as-needed basis.
I prepare and present Webinars.
ii Support the Wellness program manager by providing program Administration, recommendations, and assisting with scheduling events.
iii Attend schedule Wellness team, health care vendors, Wellness partner meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $26.66 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
