Job Summary
The Wellness Director is responsible for overseeing the wellness programs and services offered at our establishment, ensuring a high standard of guest experience and satisfaction. This role involves leading a team dedicated to promoting health and wellness among guests, while also managing the operational aspects of the wellness department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and customer service, with a passion for enhancing guest well-being.
Duties
- Develop and implement wellness programs that cater to the needs of guests, including fitness classes, nutrition workshops, and relaxation therapies.
- Supervise and train staff members in wellness services, ensuring they provide exceptional guest service.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate wellness initiatives into the overall guest experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs, making adjustments as necessary based on guest feedback.
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment in all wellness areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage scheduling for wellness activities and staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Foster relationships with guests to understand their needs and preferences, enhancing their overall experience.
Skills

- Experience in hotel management or hospitality settings is highly desirable.
- Proficient in front desk operations and guest services, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes.
