Join us as we inspire girls to imagine solutions and chase innovation where others see only challenges. Be a part of helping girls in Manchester as they explore their big ideas with freedom and flexibility. As an afterschool facilitator, you will motivate them to build on their visions and accomplish what they set out to do. Join us and help support the critical programming and outdoor adventures the Girl Scout Leadership Experience offers.
Through Girl Scouts, our participants develop the skills, positive values, and strong sense of self to do big things, as well as the perseverance and strength essential to solving challenges faced at all ages.
As a facilitator, you will work as part of a small staff-led team to lead Girl Scout programming in various Afterschool programs. You will work with a different site each afternoon for 45 minutes to one hour between the hours of 3:00 and 6:00 pm with time before for preparation, planning, and support from our full-time staff. Programs are primarily for kindergarten through fifth graders and include a variety of activities, games, crafts, and science experiments. We will provide ideas, training, and materials so you can make a difference!
