We seek a candidate who can work well with customers when diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and perform repairs, including screen and component replacement for Phones, iPads, MacBooks, and Laptops
- Set up, update, and configure computer, phone, and tablet systems, including operating systems, hardware, and software applications.
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple-to-understand manner
- Interact with clients in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance in the office and shop
- Assist with inventory management of computer, phone, tablet equipment, parts, and supplies.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Required minimum of 1 year of experience as a Computer, Phone, and Device Technician or a similar role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent documentation, organizational, and verbal communication skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Work well in a small group environment
Required Credentials in at least one:
- WISE Level 1 and 2 Certification
- Apple Certification
- CompTIA Certification
- Candidate must be willing to pursue certifications.

- The Technical Shop is equipped with automatic machines and lasers for phone and tablet screen repair, Vari-electric work tables, specialty tools, equipment, and staff computers.
