Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to their designated locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Shuttle Driver will operate various types of vehicles, including buses and vans, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and vehicle maintenance logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues that arise during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license preferred; experience in bus driving or shuttle driving is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks is highly desirable.
- Experience with paratransit services or motor coach operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in customer service roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Pay: $20.36 - $24.52 per hour
