Job type: Full-Time
Pay: $13.25 - $14.75 per hour
Shift: Immediate opening for (1) evening shift position:
- 3p-11p Tues-Sat (Sun/Mon Off)
- Training for 3 weeks
Responsibilities:
· Handle Emergency Signals
· Notify/Verify Alarm Signals
· Dispatch Proper Authorities
Nice to have:
- Previous call center experience
- Alarm dispatching experience
- Inbound/Outbound phone experience
- MAS experience
Requirements:
- Ability to sit while using computer and phone equipment for extended periods of time
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute accurately
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong Verbal Communication and Listening Skills
- Ability to work well within a small team
- Multi-tasking
- Emotional Control
- Must be proven as dependable with stable work history and references
- Must be available for on-call rotation, weekends, and some holidays.
- Must be willing to submit and pass a criminal background check, as well as initial and routine drug screening.
