This is a temporary position as a Maintenance Supervisor over two of our properties in Kent, OH.
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- Maintenance knowledge with basic plumbing and electrical
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude
- Previous multifamily and/or construction experience
All offers will be pending drug and criminal background screening.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
- apartment maintenance : 1 year (Preferred)
