We are looking for a full time apartment property porter, Employee will receive a rent discount to live on site after trial period.
Full time Porter position available in Mill Creek Washington.
Duties: Porter is responsible for performance of all general apartment and facilities cleaning and upkeep conducted in a safe and efficient manner. Duties include but are not limited to, janatorial duties, painting, minimal exterior repairs, minor electrical repair, detailing all aspects of the properties exterior, and preventative maintenance. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. One or more years experience in janatorial work is preferred. Proficient in most areas of cleaning and maintenance of grounds and building exterior. Must provide own hand tools and have reliable transportation and auto insurance. Good communication skills and positive attitude are a must.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Salary is DOE plus excellent benefits package after probation period is satisfied.
Prefer live on site after a probation period is satisfied, a rent discount is included. On the job training and certification is provided.
