Summary
As an Appliance Delivery Helper, you will be apart of a 2 man team that is responsible for transporting goods (mostly appliances) for our clients efficiently and safely while providing excellent customer service. This role requires the ability to perform heavy lifting. You will load and unload items while maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. Responsibilities:
- Delivery and Installation: Assist your team driver to deliver and install appliances at customer locations, ensuring they are properly set up and functioning correctly.
- Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading appliances from the vehicle, using hand trucks or other equipment when necessary.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the delivery and installation process, answering questions and addressing any concerns.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during delivery and installation, ensuring the safety of both the customer and the delivery team.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and any issues encountered during the process using a mobile app.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and other team members to ensure smooth delivery and installation processes.
Specific Skills:
- Language: Must be able to speak english.
- Experience with Appliances: Familiarity with various appliances and their installation requirements.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and handle any issues that may arise.
- Physical Strength and Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy appliances and perform physical labor.
