This position is an on-site position in the Jefferson City, Missouri office.
Central Technology Services is looking to hire an Application System Administrator. As the Application System Administrator, you would work closely with internal departments to support business applications running on the Windows and Linux Server platform. You would be responsible for day-to-day application administration and support. We would rely on you to resolve user issues, test and change application functions, and coordinate installations, migrations, and upgrades while providing quality internal customer support. You will maintain vendor relationships, application flow diagrams and documentation on installations, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and other processes. You will track and report system metrics and provide tier II support.
QualificationsWe are looking for candidates that are self-motivated, attentive to detail, great communication, and a team player. To be successful in this role, you will need knowledge of Windows and Linux Servers. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and SQL is also desired. Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow administration experience is also preferred. The ideal candidate would have 2 – 5 years of Windows/Linux server experience and a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or other related fields.
