ECS is seeking a Contract Administrator to work in our Fairfax, VA office.
ECS Federal is looking for a Sr. Contracts Administrator to lead the management and administration of those GWAC and IDIQ contracts which are used throughout the company. Specifically, these contracts include but may not be limited to the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), Alliant 2, OASIS+, ASTRO, NASA SEWP 5, Navy Seaport-NxG, and NIH CIO-SP3. They will work closely with company and department leadership, as well as capture and proposal teams, to ensure unparalleled customer support and guidance to them. Travel and attendance at customer events is anticipated.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience with Federal Government Contracting
- Must demonstrate the knowledge of GWAC and IDIQ contracts and relationships with Government contacts and offices in charge of these contracts.
- Must demonstrate the ability to balance the need for contract administration with the need to support capture opportunities across ECS.
- Ability to attend industry-wide conferences and play an active role in their development and execution.
- Must have strong commitment to Customer Service and take ownership of the role and associated contract administration.
- Proposal experience involving Federal Government solicitations.
- Significant experience in Federal Acquisition Regulations and supplements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate, facilitate, and disseminate information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in safeguarding confidential or sensitive information and adhere to high standards or confidentiality and honesty.
