Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and customers
- Utilize CRM software to document and track customer interactions
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong sales and client services orientation
- Proficiency in office and call center procedures
- Ability to provide outstanding customer support
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Analytical skills to assess and resolve customer issues promptly
- Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with customers
