Job Title: Appointment Setter – Med Spa (Hourly + Bonus)
Location: The Colony, TX (Remote or In-Person)
Pay: $15–$20/hr + Bonuses ($10 per qualified booking + $10 per show-up, up to 5 bonuses/day)

Vibrant Life Med Spa is a luxury, results-driven wellness spa located in The Colony, TX. We specialize in non-invasive body contouring, weight loss programs, and wellness therapies that help our clients look and feel their best. We’re growing fast and are looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our glam, high-energy team!
Position Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, your main responsibility is to connect with potential clients (cold and warm leads) via phone, text, and social platforms. You'll follow up with leads from social media ads and website inquiries and guide them to schedule their first consultation with our spa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call, text, and follow up with incoming leads using provided scripts and tools
- Book qualified consultations using our scheduling platform
- Guide leads to complete deposit or intake form to confirm booking
- Send appointment reminders and help reduce no-shows
- Track outreach and update our CRM system
- Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional tone that aligns with our luxe brand
Pay & Bonus Details:
- Hourly Base Pay: $15–$20/hr (based on experience)
- Performance Bonuses:
- $10 per booked consultation (when deposit is paid or intake completed)
- $10 when client attends the appointment
- Max 5 paid bonuses/day (booking + show-up combined)
- Top performers can earn $700–$900/month in bonuses alone
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills over phone, text, and DM
- Friendly, motivated, and reliable
- Comfortable using simple booking or CRM systems (we’ll train you)
- Prior experience in med spa, beauty, wellness, or sales is a plus but not required
- Must be U.S.-based (TX preferred)
Schedule:
