The CONCIERGE at Blue Shell Spa primary responsibly is greeting guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, make spa/salon appointments, process guests checking in and out of the spa, cater to guest needs, and escort guests to locker rooms and/or treatment rooms.
Other responsibilities include but not limited to accurately processing all transactions for spa services, gift cards, gratuities etc., book, change and cancel spa appointments, update schedules as needed, coordinate with therapists, maintains the appearance of all areas of the spa to include but not limited to, reception area, waiting areas, locker room, treatment rooms, and storage rooms.
