Job Summary
We offer HVAC services in the home depot stores. (Tune-up, Diagnostic, and Free Estimate)
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Generator to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified appointments in store. You will play a crucial part in driving business development approaching customers in store and offering air conditioning services free estimates.
PAID HOURLY + $15 PER SERVICE SCHEDULED + $25 PER ESTIMATE SCHEDULED.
EXPECTED: 6-15 LEADS PER WEEKEND. 12-18 HOURS.(10AM-4PM FRIDAY-SUNDAY)
BILINGUAL REQUIRED - SPANISH/ENGLISH
Duties
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and building potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments scheduled in our software systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or inside sales, with a focus on appointment generation preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with software tools used for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for persuasive dialogue.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of products and convey them effectively to potential customers.
- Experience in business development or market analysis is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
