Rushmore Plumbing is growing and looking for a reliable, professional experienced Apprentice Plumber to join our team. We take pride in delivering high-quality residential and commercial plumbing services with integrity and respect for our customers' homes and businesses while supporting our team members. If you're a licensed apprentice plumber who values craftsmanship, teamwork, and great customer service we'd love to hear from you. We look to train and grow our Apprentice's into tradesman/journeyman/masters and support this through paid education opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of residential and commercial plumbing service calls efficiently and professionally.
- Occasionally support out-of-town work - room, board, drive time, and higher pay rate.
- Diagnose problems, troubleshoot systems, and provide effective solutions.
- Install and repair pipes, drainage systems, water heaters, fixtures, sinks, toilets, and more.
- Test systems for leaks or locate leaks.
- Provide accurate time and cost estimates for work.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment and treat customer property with care.
- Ask questions, communicate with supervising journeyman
Requirements
- Valid Texas Apprentice Plumber License (required, or previously held)
- Solid knowledge of water supply, gas, and ventilation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use provided plumbing tools with confidence.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Professional, reliable, and customer focused attitude.
- Must pass employment background check
- Physical agility to handle the demands of plumbing work.
- Driver's License
